As Manager of NAI Harcourts Brock Commercial's Hotel & Hospitality Division, Ron brings incomparable experience and expertise to our Hotels & Hospitality Division which forms an integral and important part of our ability to provide clients with services in all sectors of the market. Prior to commencing with NAI Harcourts Brock Commercial, Ron was in the hotel brokerage industry in his own right trading as Ron Johnson Hotel Brokers for a period in excess of 30 years and brings to the company 40 years of experience and a thorough knowledge of the hotel industry. Ron has sold most major suburban hotels, some on more than one occasion, and his marketing ability together with contacts in the industry, sets him apart for obtaining results and achievements and the best financial rewards for his clients. Ron has been involved in the sale of hotels and licensed premises, motels and liquor stores in South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria. Ron's qualifications include Registered Land Agent and Land Agent's Certificate (Law & Practice). Ron has built up an enviable reputation for meeting his clients' hotel and hospitality requirements through his commitment, enthusiasm, outstanding negotiation skills and professional level of service.
