As an Executive Property Consultant at NAI Harcourts Brock Commercial, Phil is our Southern Area Specialist offering a total service in Commercial, Retail and Industrial sales and leasing. Phil resides in Victor Harbor and offers a local and personal service. Phil has been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Prior to commencing with NAI Harcourts Brock Commercial in 1989, Phil was employed by the Australian Postal Corporation in the role of Property Manager involving the management of that organisation's considerable property portfolio including lease negotitations and disposal of surplus properties. Phil has also worked for the South Australian Government in various property-related roles including valuation & land aquisition.
