A Director of NAI Harcourts in Tasmania, Janie has a strong focus on commercial leasing and business broking. With many years’ experience in business management, Janie has extensive experience in lobbying local and national government and has a thorough understanding of large scale commercial project management. Annette Sigley

Annette Sigley joined the NAI Harcourts team from Queensland after 5 years with a private development company. In her previous role, Annette’s team managed a mixed portfolio of Office and Retail located in Brisbane CBD, Carindale and Townsville. The portfolio covered single tenancies and multi tenancy sites with one asset comprising some 36 story’s of office space with the rare 6 star green rating. In her role at NAI Harcourts, Annette’s primary focus is to ensure the smooth operation of each premises whilst maintaining client & tenant relationships within the commercial sector of Tasmania.

Cathy Rae

Cathy joined the NAI Harcourts team after working in the commercial real estate sector for many years. Her experience within the Launceston and north west coast markets ranges from leasing and property management through to commercial and business sales. With a love of property and an experienced developer and investor in her own right, Cathy will be specialising in leasing throughout the north and northwest of Tasmania. “Putting together a lease deal which breathes new life into a building is my favourite feeling and the endless possibilities for commercial buildings is what I love being involved in”.

Kim Upston

As Business Manager for NAI Harcourts, Kim is responsible for managing the office systems for the company to ensure consistency of service delivery statewide. With qualifications both in the sales and property management industries, Kim has daily interaction with owners, buyers, landlords and tenants in addition to regular contact with solicitors and accounting teams. Responsible for the administration department Kim also handles contract exchange for sales, leasing and business broking. Previously one of Harcourts longest serving staff members in Tasmania, Kim's move to NAI Harcourts enables her to focus solely on commercial real estate and continue to develop new skills to assist in promoting the NAI Harcourts brand. Kim's keen sense of the intricacies of each department, coupled with her knowledge and ability to adapt within her career has made her a highly valued member of the NAI Harcourts team.
